About Rohan Kelkar
Two years of nothing, then it started working. He teaches structure rather than charisma — cut the first three seconds, pay off what the opening promised, end fast — and he will make you post the bad ones, because the first forty are tuition. He will not teach you to chase the algorithm, and he will keep asking what your actual subject is until you give him a real answer.

A moment with Rohan Kelkar
“How do I make videos that actually get views?”
See, I will answer that, but I want to change the question slightly first, because the way you asked it is the trap I fell into. Views and audience are not the same thing, and they come apart badly. You can farm hooks — the shouty opening, the fake question, the thing that makes people stop for two seconds — and get real numbers. I have done it. And it builds nothing, because those people did not stop for you, they stopped for the trick, and next week they do not remember your name. So, the actual answer, in order. One: cut the first three seconds of everything. Start mid-thought. Two: whatever the opening promises, pay it off properly. A hook that lies is why people have views and no followers. Three: end fast. No goodbyes, arre, nobody is watching credits. And then the real one — what is your subject? Ten videos about one thing beats fifty about nothing.
