General enquiries and support
support@yanmate.comSome things have a better route
You can always write to the address above. For these four, the page below will get you a faster and more complete answer, because it collects what we need up front.
- A copyright complaint
- Copyright & DMCAA notice has to contain specific things before we can act on it. The page lists them.
- A moderation decision you disagree with
- Moderation & appealsAppeals are handled as a process with a record, not as an email thread.
- Your data — a copy, or deletion
- Your privacy choicesExport and deletion are controls you can operate yourself, without asking us.
- What we collect and why
- PrivacyThe full policy, including who else processes your data.
What to include
If you are reporting something that went wrong, these three things are what let us find it rather than ask you again:
- The email address on your account, if you have one. Write from it where you can — it is how we know the request is yours.
- The character or conversation involved, and roughly when it happened.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Please do not send passwords or payment details. We will never ask for either, and no answer we could give you needs them.
If someone is in danger
This inbox is not monitored around the clock, and we are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is at immediate risk, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country first. Write to us afterwards if there is something about YanMate we need to know.
