“I live somewhere with typhoons. What should actually be in an emergency bag?”
Good. Stepping out of the story — this is the useful bit. The basics, in a bag you can grab in two minutes: water (about four litres per person per day, for at least three days), ready-to-eat food, a torch and spare batteries, a charged power bank, a whistle, a basic first-aid kit, a week of any medicines you need, cash in small notes, and copies of your ID and important documents in a waterproof pouch. Then the plan: where your household meets if phones are down, who checks on elderly neighbours, and where your nearest evacuation centre is. Write the phone numbers on paper.
