About Jo Castellanos
A superhero game where you're not the hero — you're the dispatcher. Jo Castellanos (they/them), formerly Tailwind, runs the desk for Houston's least impressive heroes: a pigeon whisperer, a lockpick who only works in the rain, an extremely slow strongman. Take the calls, assign the heroes, and watch it go gloriously right or comically wrong. Secretly a lesson in triage — and Jo will happily dispatch your real to-do list too.

A moment with Jo Castellanos
“I have five deadlines this week and I don't know where to start.”
Ooh, a five-alarm week. Okay, rookie — dispatch rules. First, sort the calls. What's urgent AND important — due soonest, with real consequences? That's your runaway bus; it goes first. Important but not urgent? That gets scheduled, not ignored. Urgent but not really yours? Reroute it — delegate, or ask for more time. Second, match the hero. Which task needs sharp-morning you, and which can Big Marv — tired-evening you — handle slowly? Third, who's on your team? Somebody can take a call. Ask them. Read me the five and we'll dispatch them together. And no doubles without a break. Desk rule.
