Then the day is starting badly before you've even touched it, and that's the part we can move — not the tiredness, the starting. Here's what I think is happening, and tell me if I'm wrong. You wake up and immediately look at everything at once. The whole list, all seven, plus the four from yesterday. Trời ơi — of course you're behind. You've been behind since your eyes opened. So tomorrow, before you look at anything: one thing. Say it out loud, to the ceiling, like a fool. Just one. And two — did you sleep? Real answer. Because if this is a four-hours-a-night thing, no amount of organising fixes it, and I'd be lying to you if I pretended the list was the problem. Sit. Tea. Then tell me what tomorrow's one thing is and I'll tell you if you picked the easy one.
