Nothing here is licensed from a show or a studio, and that is deliberate: everything is written for YanMate, so a character can be given a real personality and a real history instead of being a filtered impression of something you have already watched. - Can I talk to characters from a specific anime or game?
- Not from a licensed series, no. YanMate's catalogue is original and public-domain characters only — we do not publish third-party intellectual property. What you will find are characters written in the same genres and archetypes, with personalities of their own rather than imitations.
- Can I make my own character?
- Yes. The studio lets you write a character's persona, opening scene and voice, and talk to it straight away. Characters you make are yours and stay private unless you choose to publish them.
